Diving Cruise Booking Manager
Environment:
Diving center located in Thailand, in Khao Lak, at the heart of the beautiful Phang Nga region, specializing in liveaboard diving trips to the Similan Islands, Richelieu Rock, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, and the most renowned dive sites in the area.
Our liveaboard diving trips cater to both French-speaking and international clients.
Job Description: Liveaboard Diving Trip Reservations Manager
Responsible for client and partner relations, as well as managing bookings and schedules, the Reservations Manager must ensure smooth and accurate communication for the entire team and, of course, all our divers.
Missions
- Communication with agencies and individual clients
- Managing emails, messaging services, and phone calls
- Updating reservations in a dedicated online application
- Administrative follow-up of files: invoicing and payment control
- Liaising with our partners (hotels, local service providers, etc.) to ensure proper coordination of travel-related services
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (native speaker preferred) and proficient English, both spoken and written. A third language is a plus (German, Spanish).
- Good command of office tools and management software (Outlook, Office suite, online applications)
- Experience in the diving industry or a strong motivation to learn more about it
Work Environment:
- A dynamic and customizable work environment
- Possibility of remote work during the low season (from mid-May to mid-October)

Position Type and Start Date:

Widely represented by numerous specialized agencies and driven by a dynamic and passionate team, the center’s activity is constantly expanding.
Job Description: Liveaboard Operations Director
- Oversee and develop scheduling
- Supervise booking fulfillment with the reservations manager
- Assemble the teams involved in organizing and conducting liveaboard trips
- Ensure coordination and implement communication and control methods between different sectors: dive team, crew, technical maintenance, and land-based team
- Coordinate departures and returns of liveaboard trips and ensure smooth operations
- Quality control and customer feedback management
Requirements:
- Experience in liveaboard diving operations
- Strong experience in management and organization
- Key qualities: analytical thinking, adaptability, initiative, creativity, responsiveness
- Language skills: fluent English is essential, French proficiency is a plus, and a third language (German, Spanish, etc.) is an advantage
- Previous experience in Thailand is also a plus.
